One of the best things about being home is all the fruit we buy for special Buddhist days and for our meditation room. Here we see navel oranges, grapefruits, honey tangerines, and of course the crown pineapple! Or in other words…lots of Vitamin C to boost collagen production for healthy, supple, elastic skin!
‘Two-headed’ tortoise goes on display at Ukraine museum
A ‘two-headed’ Central Asian tortoise has gone on display at the natural science museum in Kiev, Ukraine. Or, at least, it looks like a two-headed tortoise.
“Strictly speaking it isn’t a tortoise with two heads, but rather two conjoined tortoises,” zoologist Yuri Yuravliov said.
“The female has two heads, two hearts, four front legs, but only two hind ones, and one intestine,” he said. (Photos: Genya Savilov/AFP)
